Appointments​

​

• For all first visits you must select one of the 'Initial Consultation' options.

​

• For follow-up appointments select 'Routine Treatment'

​

• If you have been advised that you require a longer treatment or have exceeded the suggested length of time between follow-up appointments select 'Routine Treatment (Extended)'

Parking

​

• The clinic's parking space to the side of the building cannot be guaranteed. Please allow sufficient time to find alternative parking if the space is occupied.  Spaces to the front of the building are private and are NOT for use by the clinic. The nearest car park is the small open-air shoppers car park just across the road on Old Bridge Street.

Payment

​

• Payment is permitted by debit card or cash.  Truro Foot Clinic does not accept payment by credit card.

​

Medication

​

• If you take medication you must bring a list to your Initial Assessment.  If you attend regularly for treatment you must make your Podiatrist aware if you medication has changed since your last appointment and provide details.

Cancellation Policy

​

• Your original appointment confirmation email includes a link to allow you to cancel your appointment should you need to do so.  You must, therefore, retain the email for this purpose.​

​

• Appointments cancelled by 8am on the day of the appointment - No charge.​

​

• Appointments cancelled after 8am but within 4 hours of their start time - Charged at 50% cost of treatment.​

​

• All other same-day cancellations and non attendance without notice - Charged at full cost of treatment.​

​

• Payment of charges relating to late cancellations must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the invoice.​

Three consecutive appointments cancelled (two consecutive initial assessments) - Online bookings no longer accepted.  Payment required ahead of further booking.
