When you send an enquiry via the Truro Foot Clinic website or make an online booking, as part of the process, we collect the personal information you provide such as your name, date of birth, telephone number and email address. This information is used to create, or link to an existing, CLINIKO client profile.  CLINIKO is our client management system and allows us to:-

• Confirm bookings.

• Send appointment reminders.

• Reschedule events.

• Send invoices when requested.

• Comply with any applicable laws and regulations regarding clinical note retention.
